Shipping policy

After the order is confirmed and cleared, it will be shipped out within 1 business day.  Mostly, the orders will be shipped out by USPS and FedEx Ground Shipping depending on the package sizes, and it takes about 3 to 5 business days for delivery depending on each destination zone.

By USPS Priority Mail and FedEx:  We may ship the futon covers, pillow cushions and cover cases.

By FedEx Ground Shipping:  We may ship the oversize packages like futon mattresses and foam pads.  Normally, we compress the oversize mattresses into the smaller shipping boxes to lower the shipping rate.  Please carefully open the packages to avoid damaging the inside products.  Also, please allow a few hours so that the mattresses have enough time to be expanded back to the original shape.
