  • Condition:  Brand New.
  • Material:  Chenille Tapestry. 
  • Size:  One (1) full size mattress cover protector putting on a mattress size 6 in x 54 in x 75 in, two (2) supportive bolsters (9 in Diameter x 20 in) including insert, two (2) square cushion pillows (18 in x 18 in).
  • Feature: Full size cover has zipper closesured on 3 sides, it just like a glove. Put the mattress into the cover, then close up the zipper. Easily to install and take off the cover for washing. Covers of the bolsters and square pillows have one side zippered, easily to take off for washing.
  • Caring Instructions: Machine washable, low tumble, cold water, non bleach. Handwash is highly recommended.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping:  Most of futon mattresses are rated as the oversize shipping boxes, the shipping rate is calculated very high.  Currently, we only ship these oversize packages within 48 Continental United States Excluding HI, AK, PR, VI or any military address.  

  • Shipped by FedEx shipping company with the tracking number within 2 business days after the order is confirmed.  You may request a signature on delivery.
  • These futon mattresses will be compressed while shipping to lower the shipping rate.  Please carefully open the carton box, the plastic bags and allow enough time for the mattress to be expanded back to the original shape.

Returning:  You are allowed to send back the orders within 30 days for a full refund.  Please email us to report the problem what is happening to order.  

  • Within 30 days, somehow the cover is damaged, we are willing to send out a free replacement cover for free.  If so, you do not need to return the whole order back. 
  • The shipping box is damaged on delivery, please do not open it, provide us the photo showing what is happening to the delivery package.  Then, you may refuse the delivery by dropping it off at any FedEx facility for free return.
  • Receiving the wrong order, we are going to send out a replacement for exchanging right after receiving the photo showing what you receive.
  • Change your mind and no longer need the mattress, buyer will pay shipping cost for returning.
